As the Creative Director of Bold Work Studios, I draw from my experience of owning several successful businesses in the past. By combining business knowledge and creative expertise, I deliver impactful video marketing designed to help small and medium-sized businesses scale, tell their stories, and achieve their goals.

Martins Ziemelis
SENIOR VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR / DRONE OPERATOR
As a videographer, editor and drone operator, I focus on creating bold, story-driven content across a wide range of projects. I’ve worked at major events such as Cannes Lions and The King’s Coronation, and have been involved in productions with Disney, ITV, LEGO, Heineken, Airbus and more.
My experience includes brand campaigns, commercial shoots and fast-paced event work for clients like Adidas, Deliveroo, Wolves FC, Warwick University and several international brands. I’m passionate about sports and motorsports, always looking for opportunities to capture energy, movement and the moments that shape a story.

VIDEO EDITOR / MOTION & VFX
I bring a strong mix of technical skill and creativity to every project I work on. I edit in Premiere Pro and After Effects, handling everything from clean narrative cuts to advanced motion graphics and VFX.
I approach each project with focus, patience, and a genuine passion for bringing ideas to life. Whether I’m refining the flow of a story, building animations, or solving tricky visual challenges, I aim to deliver high-quality work that supports the overall vision and helps our clients achieve their goals.

CREATIVE PRODUCER
My role as Creative Producer allows me to explore novel and exciting approaches to projects. I’m fresh out of Oxford University and have plenty of energy and drive to convert your vision into the final product. We’ll work together to create, and then refine project plans right up to the shoot day, and I’ll ensure that the deliverables do exactly what you want them to!

VIDEO PRODUCITON SPECIALIST
As a video production specialist, I ensure that at all points in the shoot, and then post-production, your project is being formed with the utmost quality and flair. My time in film school has taught me invaluable technical knowledge, as well as plenty of experience converting an initial project plan into a polished and powerful video. My work has previously been featured in Apple TV and Prime Videos.
