We created an extended About Us video for The MOVE Clinic, a specialist physiotherapy and performance clinic in Oxford. The goal was to give potential clients more than just a quick introduction, to show the team’s philosophy, their approach to recovery and performance, and the personal care that sets them apart.

We spent time with the staff to film in depth interviews, capturing not only their expertise but also their personality and warmth. To avoid the video feeling like a simple talking head, we structured the narrative so each answer builds into a clear story about who they are and how they work. Supporting B roll and clinic visuals were layered in to bring energy and authenticity, while maintaining a polished and professional finish.

The result is a longer form brand film that lives on the clinic’s website, building trust with new clients and showing exactly what makes The MOVE Clinic unique.

We partnered with Oxford University to create a film that introduces their Wisdom Research Network, an initiative connecting schools with world-leading mental health research.

Over three filming days in Oxford, including at Magdalen College, we captured interviews with researchers and school staff, supported by carefully chosen B-roll to bring the story to life. Classrooms were naturally dark, so we shaped the look with multi point lighting setups, balancing authenticity with clarity and warmth.

In post production, we layered interviews with subtle animation to hold attention and make complex ideas simple and engaging. The final piece now drives sign ups through newsletters and outreach, helping the University build stronger connections with schools across the country.

In this in-depth video, we explore ISS Group’s cutting-edge drone technology and its impact on large-scale operations. Using a documentary-style lighting approach, we designed a 4-light setup paired with a two-camera configuration to create a dynamic and engaging visual style. To add depth and texture, we incorporated a spotlight with a gobo, casting an interesting pattern in the background behind Ryan.

With ISS Group working alongside major contractors, it was essential to pack a wealth of information into a single 10-minute film—delivering a compelling narrative while maintaining clarity and engagement.

At Bold Work Studios, we had the opportunity to work with Sony at the DroneX Expo to capture the unveiling of the SONY ILX-LR1 drone camera. In this video, we highlight the impressive camera on display, along with a few additional features from Sony.

We stood with Andrei, their B2B manager, to discuss how the ILX-LR1 is poised to impact the drone and imaging industries. This collaboration with Sony allowed us to provide a closer look at their latest innovations and share insights from the event.

For this Private Security Promotional video, we embarked on a two-day shoot across two distinct locations to encapsulate the essence of trust and confidence within the security team. Our objective was to portray how the team commands their surroundings, exuding a sense of authority and assurance.

We strategically selected two filming locations: the bustling, skyscraper-filled streets of London and a dynamic gym setting. The skyscrapers, with their blue, glassy facades, were chosen to represent the high-stakes business environment that the security team protects, symbolising corporate power and prestige. In contrast, the gym scenes highlighted the team’s dedication, hard work, and physical prowess, showcasing their rigorous training and skill.

To enhance the visual narrative, we employed Kodak 2383 Classic print stock with negative cold blue accents. This classic color grading provided a sophisticated, cinematic quality while the cold blue tones added a modern edge, emphasising the high-caliber and professional nature of the team. The blend of urban grandeur and intense training visually reinforced the message of unwavering confidence and elite capability that defines the private security team - United Top Team.

Creating this Nike spec ad was a passion project fueled by our belief in the transformative power of sports. Our core message was simple: anyone can start a journey in sports, and the most important step is just to begin. To bring this to life, we chose a local martial arts gym in Oxford, OMAA, as our backdrop.

In this raw and authentic setting, we filmed a single boxer in his intense training sessions. This boxer represented the determination and resilience needed to start and stick with any sport. The gym’s vibrant community and dedicated athletes inspired us and reinforced the idea that greatness begins with a single step.

As the boxer trained, we focused on the sweat, struggle, and small victories that define the early stages of a sports journey. His story of grit and commitment highlighted the universal truth that the most important step is to start, no matter who you are or where you begin. This project was more than just an ad; it was a story of perseverance and potential, showing that everyone has the power to start their own sports journey.

For this video, our goal was to highlight the tattoo artist’s dedication and focus through a dynamic and engaging presentation. We opted for a fast-paced style with sharp transitions to make the video well-suited for social media and website use. The dark, moody look was carefully chosen to resonate with the tattoo industry’s aesthetic, enhancing the overall atmosphere of the piece. Additionally, we incorporated sound design featuring the distinctive sound of the tattoo machine, which evokes memories of clients’ first tattoos and encourages them to book their next appointment.

This approach not only showcases the artist’s skill but also taps into the emotional connection of the tattoo experience.
